What is the shelf life or expiration of your skincare and cosmetics?
We manufacture small batches with active ingredients and the highest quality oils and plant extracts. To enjoy the maximum benefit, please use within 6 months of purchase. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place to preserve quality.
What is the shelf life or expiration of your perfumes and colognes?
Most perfumes and colognes don't have an expiration date and often will improve over time. Citrus based perfumes and colognes have a shorter shelf-life, six months to one year is typical. Storing your citrus based perfumes and colognes in the refrigerator will extend the shelf-life.
Where do you source your materials?
Our priority is to source ingredients from vendors who are free-trade minded, have a sustainability plan, provide non-GMO ingredients, provide organic ingredients when possible, and are mindful of sustainability.
What is your shipping policy?
Full sized products ship free in the USA. There is a $10 flat fee for shipping to Canada. All orders are shipped within 3 days using USPS or UPS.
Where do you ship?
Currently we are only shipping to the USA and Canada.
What is your return policy?
Jewelry: For hygienic reasons, we're unable to offer refunds for earrings. For other items, please email: hello@fullpetalalchemy.com with your order number and why it didn't work out. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label. After we receive your returned item, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.
Perfumes and Colognes: We don't offer refunds for perfumes and highly recommend ordering a sample prior to committing to a larger size.
Plants: Refunds will only be offered for damaged plants documented as outlined below. Plants are living organisms and may need a a few days to recover from shipment. No refunds will be offered for plants that are left in a cluster mailbox overnight. Please unpack your plant(s) upon arrival and document damage with photos.
